Sweet and gentle Theo's journey began in Azerbaijan (between Iran and Russia) a place where far too many dogs are left to fend for themselves on the streets. Luckily, Theo came to the rescue before anything bad could happen to him. He was one of the lucky ones!

However, he's very much in search of the loving human he's always deserved. At 4 years old, Theo is playful, affectionate, and easygoing, the kind of dog who greets every person he meets like an old friend. He's wonderful with other dogs too, happily sharing space and enjoying their company.

Theo loves getting outside to play and explore, but he's just as happy coming back in afterward to curl up quietly at home. He's a total mush, big in size, bigger in cuddles.

Given his size, Theo would do best with someone who has experience with large dogs and knows how to meet their exercise and handling needs. A fenced-in yard would be highly beneficial, for him to romp around in, as well as another dog for company, and a family who's home most of the time. He thrives on companionship and doesn't do well with long stretches alone.

Theo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and weighs approx 110 lbs.

His adoption fee is $900, which goes to help rescue other dogs like Theo who are in jeopardy.
