Meet Sasha! This sweet, soulful boy is ready to leave his past behind and find a forever home where he can be loved and cherished.

Sasha’s story began in the most uncertain of places. He was rescued alongside his mom and four siblings shortly after they were born, huddled under a tree in the scorching Egyptian summer while locals threatened their lives. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in just in time, bringing all six dogs to safety.

Since then, Sasha has grown up in the shelter, waiting patiently for his chance at a brighter future, and now, he has the opportunity to come to the U.S. and finally find the home he’s always deserved.

Sasha is a 1.5 year-old Baladi mix pup weighing about 42 pounds. He has a lovely medium energy level—he enjoys playtime and companionship but also knows how to relax and unwind with his people. He gets along well with other dogs, is great with people and kids, and would make a wonderful addition to many types of families.

Sasha is affectionate, easygoing, and doesn’t need to be the only dog, he’d likely enjoy having a canine companion but will be just as happy being your loyal best friend.

He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so he’s fully ready to start his next chapter.

After everything he’s been through, Sasha deserves a home filled with love, comfort, and stability.
