Meet Misha! This handsome, sweet-natured boy is ready to leave his past behind and find a forever home filled with love and security.

Misha’s story began in the most uncertain of places. He was rescued alongside his mom and four siblings shortly after they were born, huddled under a tree in the scorching Egyptian summer while locals threatened their lives. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in just in time, bringing all six dogs to safety.

Since then, Misha has grown up in the shelter, waiting patiently for his chance at a brighter future, and now, he has the opportunity to come to the U.S. and finally find the home he’s always deserved.

Misha is a 1.5 year-old Baladi mix pup weighing about 42 pounds. He has a wonderful medium energy level, he enjoys playtime and companionship, but also settles nicely and appreciates calm, cozy moments with his people. He gets along well with other dogs, is great with people and kids, and would make a fantastic addition to many types of families.

Misha has a warm, affectionate personality and doesn’t need to be the only dog, he’d likely enjoy having a canine friend, but will be just as happy being your loyal sidekick.

He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so he’s fully ready to start his next chapter.

After everything he’s been through, Misha deserves a home where he can feel safe, loved, and truly part of a family.
