Meet Cordi!

We still can’t believe this sweet boy was once on the euthanasia list at the NYC ACC. Now, Cordi is getting his chance to find the forever family he’s always deserved!

Cordi is a 5 year old Shepherd/Lab/Husky mix (we think!) with a gentle soul and a whole lot of love to give. His foster mom describes him as a sweetheart who loves his person more than anything. He’s an affectionate boy who loves giving kisses, nuzzling close, and soaking up all the snuggles he can get. And when it’s time to relax at home? Cordi is more than happy to settle in beside his favorite person.

Cordi would love a family who can take him on long walks, outdoor adventures, and give him plenty of opportunities to use both his body and his brain. He’ll ALWAYS be ready to come home for some cuddles!

Cordi is currently being fostered with his female sibling and would be happy with another canine companion or as the only dog in his forever home. With his gentle nature and affectionate personality, he could make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a loyal, loving best friend. Cordi is a true companion at heart and would thrive in a home where he has plenty of company. His favorite place to be is right by his person’s side.

This boy deserves so much more than the fate he narrowly escaped. He deserves a soft place to land, a person to love, and a lifetime of adventures and snuggles. Could Cordi be your new best friend?
