Meet beautiful Blue! This sweet, resilient girl is ready to leave her past behind and find the loving forever home she's been waiting for.

Blue's story began in the most uncertain of places. She was rescued alongside her mom and four siblings shortly after they were born, huddled beneath a tree during the scorching summer in Egypt while locals threatened their lives. Thankfully, compassionate rescuers stepped in just in time, bringing the entire family to safety.

Since then, Blue has grown up in the shelter, patiently waiting for her chance at a brighter future. Now, she finally has the opportunity to come to the U.S. and find the home she has always deserved.

Blue is a 1.5-year-old Baladi mix weighing approximately 37 pounds. She has the perfect medium energy level. She is playful, fun-loving, and always ready for an adventure, while also knowing how to settle down and relax with her people at the end of the day.

This beautiful girl is social, affectionate, and wonderfully well-rounded. She gets along great with other dogs, enjoys human companionship, and is good with children, making her an excellent fit for many different types of families and lifestyles. She's also confirmed to do well with cats, making her an even more versatile companion.

Blue doesn't need to be the only pet in the home and would likely enjoy having a canine sibling to play with, but she'll be just as happy soaking up love and attention from her humans. Loyal, gentle, and eager to bond, she has so much love to give.

Blue is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and is fully ready to begin her next chapter.

After everything she's been through, Blue deserves a family of her own a place where she can finally feel safe, cherished, and truly home.
