Meet Kasya!

Sweet Kasya made the journey all the way from Azerbaijan, where homeless animals often face incredibly difficult lives, to Canada in search of one thing every cat deserves: a loving family and a place to finally call home.

Kasya is a gentle, thoughtful girl with a quiet charm. She likes to take her time settling into new surroundings, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality really starts to shine. Every day in her foster home, shes becoming more curious, confident, and eager to join the world around her.

One of Kasyas favorite ways to show affection is with adorable head bumps and by rubbing up against her favorite person. Shell happily follow you from room to room, keeping you company, and chatting with you too, especially when its almost mealtime! She also has a playful side and loves interactive toys, exploring her surroundings, watching birds from the window, and she even loves some Cat TV on YouTube for entertainment.

Kasya appreciates a cozy hideaway and high places where she can relax and observe the world around (and below) her. While she enjoys a peaceful routine, shes unfazed by every day household sounds like the vacuum or blender once shes comfortable.

Kasya is looking for a calm, patient adopter and home, where she can continue building confidence at her own pace. She would do best in a quieter household where her family understands that earning the trust of a gentle cat is one of lifes most rewarding experiences. Once she knows shes safe, she forms a truly beautiful bond with her people.

She may do well with another kind, gentle cat or a calm and respectful dog, provided the introductions are slow and thoughtful!

Kasya is approximately 6 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is ready to find the patient, loving family she deserves, who will continue to help her blossom into the wonderful companion she is meant to be!

Her adoption fee is $450 USD to help defray her high international transport costs.
